Dear Friends in the Military Ordinariate of Australia…greetings to you as we wait and pray for a new Bishop for the Ordinariate.
I hope this new way of communication will be of assistance to you as we thank God for the many blessings he is giving the Ordinariate in these days.
I have already begun visiting some of our Military establishments around the country to offer encouragement and support.
May I ask you please to now pray for the appointment of a new Bishop with me as we wait…
O’ God, eternal Shepherd,
who govern your flock with unfailing care,
Grant in your boundless love a Bishop for the Diocese of the
Australian Military Services who will please You by his holiness
and to us show watchful care.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with you
in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
