Catholic Archbishop Prowse of Canberra and Goulburn also represents the Military Diocese of Australia. For almost four years now, he has been the Apostolic Administrator. 

For the 5 pm evening Chrism Mass, the Archbishop welcomed his two delegates in this important responsibility of the Mass – Monsignor Peter O’Keefe and Fr Richard Thompson.
